Stuffed Eggplant Moussaka – 400g

Ingredients: Eggplant (olive oil, salt, black pepper), Moussaka (tomato sauce [tomato concasse (chopped tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), onions, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, garlic, basil, vegetable stock (celery, carrots, onion, leeks, fennel, garlic, water, black peppercorn, bay leaves), impossible meat (water, soy protein concentrate, coconut oil, sunflower oil, natural flavors, 2% or less of potato protein, methylcellulose, yeast extract, cultured dextrose, food starch modified, soy leghemoglobin, salt, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), soy protein isolate, vitamins and minerals (zinc gluconate, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin b1], niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6]. riboflavin (vitamin b2], vitamin b12), red wine, onion, olive oil, garlic, parsley, cinnamon stick, oregano, black pepper, smoked paprika, bay leaves, nutmeg), Tahini dressing (tahini paste (sesame), lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice sulphites, lemon oil), apple cider vinegar olive oil, agave syrup, water, garlic, kosher salt, nigella seeds, sumac, black pepper), Sultana raisins, Mint, Sesame, Finger chili.

Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until product reaches internal temperature of 165F. Do not exceed 400F.

Microwave: Pierce film. Microwave for 3-5 minutes. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam.
