Spring Pea Gnocchi – 325g


Ingredients: Gnocchi (ricotta (whey milk, bacterial culture, citric acid), flour (wheat), liquid eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), salt). Pea puree (peas, milk, onions, spinach, canola oil, vegetable stock concentrate [water, concentrated vegetable juices [carrot, celery, onion, cabbage, tomato, mushroom], maltodextrin, salt, sugar, yeast extract, garlic powder, spice [sulphites], citric acid, natural flavour, spice extract)], garlic, salt. Butter. Peas. Asparagus. Grana padano. Lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil), Goat cheese. Chives. Dill. Parsley. Tarragon.

May contain peanuts, soy, sesame, mustard, fish, crustacean shellfish.

Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until product reaches internal temperature of 165F. Do not exceed 400F. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam.

Microwave: Pierce film. Microwave for 3-5 minutes. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam. Stir product. Microwave further for 1 minute.
