Ingredients: Water, Homogenized milk, Scallops (crustacean and mollusks), White wine (sulphites), Cornmeal, Swiss chard, Spinach, Parmesan cheese, Butter, Lemon, Olive oil, Garlic, Canola oil, Salt and Pepper.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake for 10-15 mins or until product reaches internal temperature of 165ºF. Do not exceed 400ºF. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam.

MICROWAVE: Pierce film. Heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove cover with caution and avoid escaping steam.

Once opened, consume within 2 days.
