Salmon Cakes – 200g
Ingredients: Salmon Cake (potatoes, salmon, smoked salmon [salmon, salt, sugar], onions, panko bread crumbs [wheat], eggs, 35% cream [milk], lemon juice [water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil], dill, salt, parsley, lemon zest, chives, butter, old bay seasoning [salt, spices, mustard, red pepper, silicon dioxide], garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper), Tartar sauce (mayonnaise [canola oil, water, liquid whole egg, vinegar, liquid oil, salt, sugar, spices, concentrated lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA], cornichon gherkins [cornichons, water, vinegar, sea salt, onion, mustard seeds, calcium chloride], capers [capers, salt, vinegar], lemon juice [water, concentrated lemon juice, sulphites, lemon oil], shallots, dill, chives, lemon zest, sugar).
Remove cover. Remove sauce. Transfer product to oven-safe baking tray. Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 10-15 mins or until product reaches internal temperature of 165F. Do not exceed 400F.
Once opened, consume within 2 days.
