Porchetta Dinner – 550g
Ingredients: Porchetta (pork belly, capicollo pork, rub [olive oil, garlic, salt, fennel seed, fennel fronds, lemon zest, thyme], brine [water, onion, salt, anise, fennel, garlic, brown sugar, black peppercorn [sulphites], fennel seeds, coriander), Pecorino potatoes (potatoes, pecorino cheese [milk], rosemary, salt, pepper), Chimichurri sauce (olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, jalapeno peppers, salt, cilantro, oregano, garlic).
May contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, mustard, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish.
OVEN: Remove cover and remove sauce. Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 10-12 mins or until product reaches internal temp of 165F. Do not exceed 400F.
Once opened, consume within 2 days.
