Salsa roja (tomatoes, onions, green onions, lime juice (water, concentrated lime juice, sulphites, lime oil), Olive oil, garlic, salt, cilantro, cumin, dried oregano, coriander). Chimichurri sauce (olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, jalapeno peppers, salt, cilantro, oregano, garlic).

OVEN: Remove cover. Remove sauces. Transfer to oven safe baking tray. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until product reaches an internal temperature of 150F.
