1. Can we still shop online?
Answer: Unfortunately, due to holiday demand, we are unable to process any online orders for delivery or curbside pick-up (until Dec 29th). However, all locations have holiday items in abundant supply. We will continue to keep you updated on the availability of our most popular items.
2. When is the best time to shop to avoid long lines?
Answer: We recommend arriving first thing in the morning or early afternoon.
3. What are your holiday store hours for all locations?
Christmas Eve: 8:00 am – 5 pm
Christmas Day: 9 am – 1 pm
Boxing Day: 10 am – 6 pm
4. Do you sell gift cards?
Answer: yes, we do! Our gift cards are sold in-store or online. We do not have e-cards at this point in time, our cards are for use in-store only.
5. Can I still get holiday dinners?
Answer: Our stores are stocked with festive dinners and all the side dishes (and will be restocked until Christmas Day). They’re sold altogether in one complete meal or a la carte. We also have gluten-free and vegan options in-store.
6. Do you sell wine in your stores?
Answer: Our wine selection is available online only and can be delivered right to your door, but we are at capacity for delivery until December 29th
7. The pick-up window for my holiday dinner is 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Is the food sitting out during that entire timeslot?
Answer: no, our food is blast chilled and is kept refrigerated until you come to collect your order.
8. I’m having trouble getting through to anyone for customer service.
Answer: we truly apologize for the delay in us getting back to you. Due to the high volume of holiday catering calls and emails, we can’t get back to everyone as quickly as usual.

10. Why are all the delivery dates blocked off online?
Answer: due to the high demand for our catering delivery, we are fully booked until December 30th. Right now, we require 48 hours to fulfill online orders.
11. Do you sell vegan or vegetarian dinners?
Answer: yes, we have a special tofu holiday dinner and plenty of our classic vegan and vegetarian meals in stock. We also offer vegan gravy and gluten-free options.
12. Where do I go to get my Curbside pick-up order?
Answer: Head to the door past the new enclosure at the Rosedale store to the curbside pick-up area. Please come prepared with the order name and order number, you can print your confirmation or bring this on a mobile device.
If no one is there to assist you when you arrive, simply ring the bell. There is no need to wait in line and then go into the actual store – unless, of course, you want to add new items to your order and do a shop first. Then, let a store employee know you need to pick-up your order.
13. Do you have holiday desserts?
Answer: we have everything from our own Stollen, fruit cake, pecan pie to plum pudding, sticky toffee pudding and mincemeat tarts/pies. We also have all of our classics available too: pies, cakes, carrot cake, holiday cupcakes, gingerbread, shortbread, holiday cookie tins, peppermint bark and much more.
14. When is the next available delivery date?
Answer: you can place orders for delivery starting on the 29th – just in time to prepare for New Year’s Eve. We’ve got some exciting new features like our Celebration Box, non-alcohol bubbly, and Chocolate Bombs.
